These are defined and established by the company SARL SOGAUTO registered under number 25 B 0731062 – 35/00, located at: Lotissement Ibn Khaldoun, Villa n°40, 35000 Boumerdes, Wilaya Boumerdes.

The Site connects professionals or individuals for the sale of vehicles. Use of the Site implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and our privacy policy.

1. Definition of the Parties

• User: any natural or legal person accessing the Site.
• Seller: any individual or professional offering a vehicle for sale.
• Buyer: any individual or professional looking for a vehicle through the Site.
• Site: the platform enabling connection between sellers and buyers.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site facilitates connections between sellers and buyers of vehicles. It does not carry out financial transactions — users manage financial, administrative, and legal aspects on their own.

• Without account: browsing ads and seller profiles.
• With account: posting ads, using credits, and chat.

3. General Terms of Use

3.1 Access and Registration

• Reserved for persons at least 19 years of age with full legal capacity.
• Registration is mandatory to post an ad or contact a seller via chat.
• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Account activation is done via a verification email from noreply@sogauto.dz.

3.2 Posting Ads

• Ads must concern vehicles only.
• The vehicle must not be stolen.
• Sellers must provide accurate information.
• Misleading or fraudulent ads are forbidden.
• Each ad must concern a single vehicle with actual photos.
• Users must ensure personal data is removed from photos.

3.3 User Conduct

• Users must maintain courtesy and good faith.
• Insults, offensive, or hateful remarks will not be tolerated.
• Any fraud attempt may result in account suspension.
• Use for illegal activities, advertising, or spam is prohibited.

4. Responsibilities and Limitations

4.1 User Responsibilities

• Users are solely responsible for the use and management of their account.
• Users are responsible for the ads they post and transactions they carry out.
• Each user is entirely responsible for the content they share.

4.2 Site Responsibilities

• The Site acts only as a connection intermediary.
• The Site cannot be held responsible for disputes between users.
• The Site does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of posted ads.

5. Advertising and External Links

Advertisements displayed are the responsibility of advertisers. The Site has no control over third-party platforms and cannot be held responsible for their content or practices.

6. Protection of Personal Data

7. Site Availability and Security

The Site and all its elements are the exclusive property of SARL SOGAUTO. Any reproduction without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

By posting content, the User grants SARL SOGAUTO a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Algerian law. In case of dispute, jurisdiction lies with Algerian courts.
